SMAK Solutions is a call center founded on October 1, 2019, with a team of agents who have extensive experience in providing tele-services to end users. Edin Bunjo, the owner and manager of SMAK Solutions, is a graduate economist with extensive experience working in multiple banks, as well as a manager with over six years of experience leading an international debt collection company in the local and regional markets. With his arrival at the company, Edin made a significant leap in the development of SMAK Solutions, expanding its operations into the debt collection sector. Under his leadership, the company implemented new strategies and technological solutions that enabled the expansion of services and increased operational efficiency.
Although SMAK Solutions was previously focused on telemarketing, telesales, and customer care services, today, in addition to these sectors, it also focuses on debt collection, providing comprehensive solutions for communication with end users. Through these services, SMAK Solutions enables its clients to focus on the development of their products and services, while they take care of debt collection and communication with customers.

 

All agents at SMAK Solutions undergo training in collaboration with renowned companies Creative doo and Citt doo, where they acquire advanced communication skills, develop sales abilities, and learn how to maintain a positive attitude in all situations. Special emphasis is placed on communication quality and building trust with clients.
Today, SMAK Solutions brings together a team of over 20 dedicated collaborators, and the company has already achieved successful projects in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, and marketing. The results of implementing new strategies and technologies are already visible, and the company continues to expand its service portfolio.

E-waste recycling

We actively reduce our negative impact on the environment through the recycling of electronic waste and toners, thereby
decreasing the production of smog, CO2 emissions, and other harmful materials. Our goal is to minimize plastic waste, and we have reduced PET waste to 52 kg
annually.
